Growing employment hubs
Transform Peel is a 35-year visionary project to create new industries, 30,000 NEW jobs & improved food security, through innovation, research & collaboration.
Transform Peel is an innovative project providing water, energy and waste management solutions, which will be achieved via three strategic initiatives; Peel Business Park, including the WA Food Innovation Precinct, the Peel Agri Food Study and the Peel Integrated Water Initiative.
The 1,000-hectare Peel Business Park is the first of three stages of the Transform Peel project and is the gateway to the Peel agriculture region. Strategically placed 15km northwest of Ravenswood, it will deliver new industrial land that supports the economic development and growth of Western Australia. This provides unlimited potential to forward-thinking investors and developers who want to get in on the region’s development.
It will provide the ideal home for agri-food and agri-processing operators, as well as ancillary light, general transport and logistic industries. It has a focus on building opportunity through industry. It is a place of productivity; where business, industry, training, research and development come together, invigorating the Peel region.
From the City of Mandurah to the historic town of Pinjarra, this exciting yet relaxed coastal region is proudly known as Western Australia’s largest and most popular Region. With an enviable and almost perfect approach to work/life balance, nearly three-quarters of all locals work and live in this Region. This is an exceptional quality of life, and staying local to work certainly cut-downs on the stresses of city commuting. The future planned infrastructure coupled with the ongoing commitment from private enterprises will see the Peel Region’s growth continue within this positive environment.
